The locatiom of course . As i need to be at UIA early morning for 10 days
this location is the best. ample parking after hours. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Quite safe
No elevator. as i have lots of stuff . Noisy as its by the highway.

Close to a lot of eateries and right in front of KL east mall.
Hard to get parking
The remote control is dirty. Wish they have cleaned the remote controller upon reading this review.
The room is noisy. The bell is loud, i even can help to open the door for anyone to come in if the receptionist was not around
