A small hut conveniently located not far from the airport but too close to the main road, one can hear the cars at night but it is ok if you are a sound sleeper. Mattress is a bit hard, perhaps just very old, but ok for one night. It is a small studio but fine for a couple, it is backing on to the forest so a lot of mosquitoes, not really possible to sit outside in the evening. Some little things are not working properly like toilet paper holder kept falling down, just minor things. All would have been more or less ok if it was not for an extremely rude and unreasonable host! We are Genius Level 3 members and have been traveling around 10-12 times a year for the last 20 years and quite frankly never had such an experience. Here is the message we received from our host after our stay: (google translated from French) " Hello, we took care of cleaning the apartment, my wife told you that you had to clean before leaving, something that was not done. Thank you for the lizard left crushed in the housing result full of ants around again thank you for the trash not thrown away and the cleaning not done. Considering the fact that we arrived in the late afternoon, stayed one night, did not cook and left early next morning the hut was practically the same as it was when we arrived. Nobody told us about the cleaning or the rubbish, which consisted of 2 empty plastic tubs and one plastic bag. And the lizard! Not only we did not crush any lizards, we do not have such habits, but we have not seen any such lizards. Very, very, very strange hosts, luckily we never met him, so our advice: beware, these people are very strange indeed.
