Good gym and spa facilities. Clean. Nice personnel.
The breakfast quality could be better while the variety is there. More fresh local fruits and vegetables would have been appreciated.

Room was fine. The only thing we liked.
We had an awful experience with the taxi driver who rang the hotel, asked if we had a booking and demanded money from the hotel for dropping us. The receptionist should not have spoken to the man. The food in the hotel is awful. Staff are clueless, food is expensive. Breakfast truly awful. Place looks better than it is. $100 a night in Tashkent is far better spent. Two nights was a massive error and will never be repeated.
