Location was great and so was our upgraded room 13th floor

Location is great, perfect place for your vacation! Walkable to everything. Beach is half a block away!!! Tons of restaurants right on the street/alley the hotel is located on.
The breakfast is decent, buffet style. The do have eggs made fresh. The staff were very friendly!
The cleaning staff was AMAZING!! I can't say enough how wonderful they were, always smiling and friendly. The front desk staff could take some training from them!
The bed was large and comfortable!
The bathroom was a good size and had a half shower door, so important!!

The first room we had was dark and had mold on the wall. We were staying for a full month so that's not going to work. The manager(Jan or Jen) made sure since we were staying for so long that we would be moved as soon as a room became available. Within a few hours they showed us the room to make sure it was good(which is was MUCH better) and we moved!
The hallway had mold on the ceilings.
The pool was always cloudy. It is a beautiful pool but kind of gross. Too bad.
They need to supply beach/pool towels!!!

the receptionists are very cute, the room is spacious and clean. The bed sleeps good. The refridgerator works.
A window that has daylight instead of another hotel building's terraces
The thresholds in the room. No decent chair to sit on.
