Милый красивый камерный отель в прекрасной бухте.
На момент нашего приезда мы были только своей большой семьёй, но персонал позаботился о нашем позднем индивидуальном ужине (мы очень долго ехали) и индивидуальном вкуснейшем завтраке.
В отеле не больше 10 номеров и он эстетически прекрасен. Каждый кусочек фотогеничен.
Номера большие, уютные чистые, все продумано до мелочей. Тапочек такого качества я еще не встречала нигде!
У нас было 2 номера и в одном из них была детская 2х уровневая кровать. Над 2м уровнем висел кондиционер. Учитывая что было не жарко мы его не включили, но в альтернативном варианте одному из детей пришлось бы спать с родителями, т.к.спать под кондиционером напрямую невозможно!

ES PERFECTO. El personal era extremadamente agradable, sois los mejores si nos leéis somos el grupo de chicas españolas que estuvimos en agosto!!!!
En serio, el sitio es increíble la piscina es un lujo y la playa es perfecta, encima el hotel se sentía súper vacío solo compartimos piscina con una familia.
Es pura anécdota, pero había un charco GIGANTE que teníamos que SALTAR para poder salir a la calle justo en la puerta del hotel. Se podría dar con la escoba para mover el agua y que los clientes podamos salir caminando y no como cabras saltando jajaja

Staff friendly (except one that robbed us twice!) especially Muthumal, great with kids
Food tasty and fresh, very accommodating Chef, delicious breakfasts
Generally resort is clean
In house massage good and reasonably priced (except oil used was awful)
sun beds located at pool and cordoned off to create a private beach area which was nice
Nice yoga and food places nearby
We had money stolen - twice!! From an open handbag, small amount ($20) taken on day 2, larger amount ($35) following day, staff pretty unhelpful in dealing with this (felt uncomfortable for rest of stay). Hotel seemed pretty secure with staff and security so can only assume it was taken by someone that had access to a key to our room
Room not cleaned daily - would expect this (without getting robbed!) for the cost of the room
When it rained, water flooded the main entrance to the hotel making it impossible to use this entrance (had to use beach exit and walk longer way round)
Unsafe bunkbed - squeaks so much unusable, too high for younger children, big gap at wall side, broken parts
No mosquito nets despite 4 poster bed which would accommodate them
Painting resort in peak season
Massage oil used by in-house masseuse not nice - bad smell, old
Garden room had no view
We were in the Avacado room which joined on to the kitchen with a window so was noisy with staff voices and activity, felt a little unprivate
road outside dangerous to walk along
