There’s a charming garden all over the place, directly in front of most rooms. The bed was fine. Wifi works quite well (not everywhere though).
It’s an annoying place, not a hotel in the actual sense, people who live there also run it (running it in the sense of doing a little bit of everything – cleaning, reception, laundry etc.) Most of the time, they eat, reheat their food etc. The „hotel“ did not accept card payments. The room was full of ants!
Furthermore, there is nothing positive about this neighborhood of San Salvador. No need to stay here.
