All the facilities, including wifi, a/c, luggage storage, etc. Central location near shops and transport hubs. Earplugs effective. Host reponded promptly to enquiries.
It would have been really helpful if the code to leave the luggage had worked promptly once we were there; there wasn't a weird bang on the door at exactly 6am given being in the room by the front door means you get the toing and froing into the night; and if the electricty hadn't blown first thing in the morning plugging in the phone to charge. A little maintenance work was needed in the kitchen area.

Location was perfect for us close to bus station...
We dont like to sleep with AC on so gets too hot without it very quickly.
