The oversized studio was a perfect size. It was clean from the moment we parked all the way to the room. The entire studio was clean and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Place was clean. Neighborhood was quiet & safe. Close to airport & Old San Juan, no wofi though. Wasn’t able to contact the person in charge to ask bout it.

The place is advertised as a 3 person accommodation. Expedia will show the same price wether it is for 1 guest or 3 (just verified by booking again for 2 and 3 people). I got hit for an extra charge for a 3rd person after deciding to bring my kid over since there was an "extra" bed for a third person. You will get charged by person per night. Arrived late at night and tried parking close to the entrance so I wouldn't make any noise while I unloaded and was promptly called by the owner to move the car. You will be under constant surveillance from the moment you park.
