Nous avons réservé ce logement à 83 € en sachant parfaitement que nous ne serions pas dans un hôtel de luxe. En revanche, nous nous attendions au minimum à un logement propre et à un accueil respectueux. Malheureusement, cette expérience a été catastrophique.
À notre arrivée, le logement était dans un état de propreté inadmissible : une culotte sale traînait sur un meuble, du papier était encore présent dans la douche, l’évier était sale, de la poussière recouvrait les meubles et le sol était tellement sale qu’une simple lingette est ressortie complètement noire après un seul passage. Nous avons pris des photos de tout.
Autre mauvaise surprise : plusieurs informations importantes ne sont pas suffisamment mises en avant dans l’annonce. La piscine est indiquée « en supplément », mais son tarif de 20 € n’est pas clairement affiché. Les produits ménagers sont mentionnés dans les équipements, mais il faut finalement louer un kit comprenant notamment le papier toilette, l’éponge et le liquide vaisselle. Le linge de lit est également facturé 15 €. Nous avons également eu le sentiment que ces informations n’étaient pas suffisamment mises en évidence avant la réservation.
Le plus choquant reste cependant le comportement de la propriétaire.
Dès notre premier échange téléphonique, elle m’a raccroché au nez en disant qu’elle était en double communication. Lorsque nous lui avons signalé l’état du logement, elle nous a reproché de ne pas avoir suffisamment lu l’annonce, alors que notre problème principal concernait avant tout la propreté. Nous ne demandions pas un remboursement, simplement un geste commercial, par exemple nous offrir l’accès à la piscine au vu de la situation. Refus catégorique.
Sa réponse a été : « Vous partez, je vous rembourse, sinon vous allez me laisser un mauvais avis. » Elle nous a également déclaré : « Si vous cherchez un logement propre, ce n’est pas ici qu’il faut aller.

Właściciel obiektu mało sympatyczny.
Ręczniki i pościel nie są wliczone w cenę czego się dowiedziałem dopiero po dokonaniu rezerwacji.
Dodatkowo właściciel wymaga w momencie wejścia do mieszkania depozytu (30€) w czeku za sprzątanie czego też dowiedziałem się po rezerwacji . Nie posiadam czekierki a nawet gdyby to napewno nie zabierałbym jej w trasę…. Dużo mógłbym jeszcze pisac o tej ofercie… kończąc dodam że po wymianie kilku wiadomości z właścicielem i po zgłoszeniu sprawy do booking skończyło się tak że wynająłem inny hotel bez problemu a prośbę o zwrot pieniędzy za noc tutaj właściciel odrzucił więc zapłaciłem za nic. Cena za noc około 65€ dodatkowe koszty o których dowiadujesz się dosłownie chwilę po rezerwacji poprzez sms od właściciela wynoszą 15€ ręczniki i 30€ sprzątanie. Radze uważać. Nie dajcie się oszukać!!!
