The staff were particularly helpful and willing, for example speaking a mixture of languages with me, remembering my name, charging my phone, coming to my room to show me how to operate the TV, storing baggage, and chatty to the appropriate degree. This makes a great impression of the hotel; and I single out Cristian in particular for his efforts - although the others were also very friendly and helpful.

Great location in a nice neighbourhood
My room was located above the entrance, the windows were the sliding type that don’t close well, so the noise in the evening/night made it hard to sleep.
The room wasn’t cleaned very well: hairs in the bed, the glass cups had toothpaste in them, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed.

Great bed, clean bathroom and really good food at the restaurant
The WiFi failed often, and there was a lot of street noise.
