This is a very nice apartment with the bonus of a large terrace and a small pool. Well equipped. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main quayside for bars and restaurants, and about 5 minutes to a supermarket. The owner lives below but was very considerate of our privacy.
The entrance is up an exposed and quite steep metal staircase, which is not apparent from the photographs or property details. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We had a one year old with us and were a bit trepidations when using these stairs. Details should be updated to make this clear. But our overall experience was very good.

Bel appartement au calme avec espaces de vie intérieur et extérieur confortables et très joliment décorés.
La piscine est agréable.
L accès au joli port de Marseillan à pied est un vrai plus.
Ils serait bien d afficher les règles de façon visible dans l appartement comme les horaires de la piscine dans un petit cadre. Cela éviterait de se faire rappeler des points mentionnés dans le descriptif booking mais lus rapidement 2 mois auparavant.

Amazing apartment with everything you could need. The tranquility on the terrace looking over the French landscape felt like the romantic description film makers try to achieve. perfectly located, not in the village, just a short stroll (or cycle) to everything.
I had to leave :-(
