Location approach road needs more sign boards to avoid missing the turn to the Hotel road. Bottled water was readily made available each day. Breakfast availability at 7:30 am would help customers an early start to their day.
Swapnil Vaidya Properties OYO Home Pune is really good. Akash Chavan Manager Vardhman House II was friendly and helpful since the time of booking till our stay at Hotel. The room boy Dharamaraj was also quite supportive and helpful. It was more like a flat hence more rooms but furniture needs to be spread across rooms and curtains needed in other rooms to take advantage of additional space provided than normally expected.

They provide flats, they are spacious and have 2 balconies.
I stayed for 5 days.
Only the complementary breakfast I didn’t like.

The staff was welcoming and nice. The property is a residential complex (apartment building) turned into a Hotel, so the rooms are seemingly spacious. Any request made to the reception is considered immediatel,y and any shortcomings are solved as soon as possible.
Although the room we stayed in was a 3BHK, only one room was usable. The other two rooms had no furniture or anything at all! I feel that is quite a waste of space. Also, considering that the room is supposed to accommodate two people, I believe there should be two tables and more cupboard space. In fact, the 3BHK where the two of us stayed can actually accommodate 4 people, since it also has two washrooms (one W/C and one Indian style). The owners should think about renting the rooms by furnishing them more and calculating the space.
