Situated in Shoreline, this attractive house for $250 per night is a great option for your next trip. Recently remodeled! Live on one level, top floor unit of home, 3 bedrooms, 1.75 bathrooms. New hardwood floors, chef's kitchen with cherry cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including new refrigerator with icemaker. Circular floor plan and French doors off the dining room opening to a sunny back deck with newly planted bamboo for extra privacy. Nice master bedroom with dual overhead ceiling fans and a newly remodeled bathroom featuring heated concrete floors, large shower, and double sink. Remodeled main bath with new subway tile and fixtures. Step down into the giant living room with vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, fresh paint and new windows throughout the home plus queen size sofa sleeper pullout. Dedicated laundry room with stacking LG front loaders and ample storage. Situated at the end of a desirable cul-de-sac with quick and easy access to I-5 at 145th. It's a great, peaceful spot close to Seattle city limits with the advantage of Shoreline parks and shopping nearby. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. We have an 8 person maximum occupancy and there is an extra guest fee after 6 guests, no pets and no smokers.

The home was perfect for our family to visit our daughter and our grandson. This house is immaculate with a true chefs kitchen and all the tools one needs for preparing a feast. The home is so spacious it allows us to host our daughter and her husband and our grandson giving them a true break when we visit. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood close to shopping and the highways allowing getaways to Seattle and surrounding towns.

What a great property for my sisters and I to meet to spend a weekend together. We had easy access to everything that we wanted to do in the city. The house is very well stocked with anything we possibly needed. The property manager was available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property when staying in the Shoreline area.

I had a "girls weekend" with my daughters and this was absolutely perfect! Check in was super easy, location is great, it was super clean, amazing gourmet kitchen, comfy beds...the list could go on and on! One of the best VRBO's I've stayed in. I highly recommend it!!!

Flew in from out of state for family wedding. Shared house with cousin that also flew in from another state. House was perfect for us. Nicely updated with two bedrooms having king beds. Kitchen is a cooks delight and loved the Polish Pottery. Unbelievable selection of board games. Location to I-5 made easy commute.

Darling Home for the Holidays
This charming house made my visit to see 30-something child in Seattle so special. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for baking cookies as we watched Christmas movies. The renovations in this house are top knotch - cabinets, heated floor in master bath, appliances. Big RV wirh streaming available.

Very Comfortable living
There were 4 of us and so had plenty of room. Enjoyed the extra features of the heated floor in the master bath and the extremely comfortable beds. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood.

John was an excellent host! Property is exactly as described. Spacious, very comfortable and high end details add to the high comfort level kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Appreciated the coffee bean supply as we seemed to drink a lot of coffee! Location is ideal, close to I-5 and no long commutes to sight seeing (unless you travel during high traffic times) Plenty of room for us and our 2 adult sons. Another successful trip in the books with an awesome VRBO property!

We needed a location convenient to our daughter’s home and wedding venue. This house is near I-5 with easy access. We were able to travel south to the airport and to visit our daughter’s house and also north and east to the venue in Woodinville. The grocery store is convenient, and we enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. All of the rooms were spacious. No yard for young children to play, but parks are nearby.

Great stay for a ladies getaway
Great/clean property, very comfortable bedding and lots of kitchen space. Rooms are a little small but the bathrooms are big. Main issue was the AC didn’t work that well and it wouldn’t adjust properly. Location is good, quiet neighborhood, a little difficult to find at night but not a big deal

Very Impressive Property
Out of 5 stars, this is a 10 star home! This property was true to its description and more! The kitchen was outfitted with every gadget or item you could possibly need. The furniture and beds were comfortable and we loved there are two king beds out of the three. Marilyn was very accommodating with check in, responsive, and there was nice welcome information for visitors not familiar with the area. We will stay here again and highly recommend for others. Thank you Marilyn!

Everything we needed and more
The home was clean, charming and well stocked. We couldn't believe all the kitchen gadgets available and nice, quality cookware. The linens were very nice too. It was also stocked with games for all ages and a train set. It was a great place for the family to rest after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Everything we needed was already provided.
