About this house rental
This four bedroom family home has lounge dining and kitchen all together with access out to the bbq area off the rear verandah. There is a large fully enclosed grassed yard to the rear of the property so even the family pet can enjoy a holiday away too ($250 pet bond applicable). There's room for boats, trailers and toy’s all behind lockable gates. Sea Breeze is situated right opposite Back Beach (Lancelins main swimming and surfing beach), it’s a short walk to the main park and shops, so it’s perfectly located for all the family. Seabreeze is connected via gate to Ayres Rocks. Making it perfect for a few families
If bringing your own firepit please note fires are not allowed between 1st Dec to 31st March and you must notify the Accommodation Manager prior to bringing one.
All linen is supplied, except bath towels – please bring your towels

Staying at the Sea Breeze was very enjoyable. The house catered for all our needs. The rooms were comfortable and just right for our family. It had a lot of quirky features. The undercover area by the BBQ had so many wonderful features, around the walls. There were games for the kids to play. It was in a quiet area. Only downfall was we didn’t stay long enough
