Quinta do Chaparrrinho is a beautiful property located by the Castelo de Bode Reservoir (one hour and a half from Lisbon) with it's own river beach and breathtaking views. We have two cottages for rent, Casa dos Chapéus is a cottage fully independent. It has a bedroom, an extra sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and there's optional breakfast. The cottages and surrounding areas are for the exclusive use of guests. Within Quinta do Chaparrinho gardens there are common areas that guests can share, namely beautiful terraces, equipped with hammocks where you can sunbathe and relax. There is a secluded river beach 50 meters from the cottages for the use of guests. Right by this waterfront there is a leisure and meal area available for guest to enjoy. There is also a public river pool beach just 200 meters away from Quinta do Chaparrinho with bar support in the summer. Within Quinta do Chaparrinho you can get beverages such as juices, wine, beer or champagne and assorted snacks. At about a 15 minutes drive there are traditional restaurants. The property has amazing views to the Castelo the Bode Dam and a unique feel of harmony with Nature. The historical villages of Sardoal and Vila Real are at a 20 minute drive from Quinta do Chaparrinho; Tomar, the Portuguese capital city of the Templar Order, with its impressive monuments is also nearby. In Vila de Rei you can visit the geodesic center of Portugal, with breathtaking views. Also nearby there is a marvelous natural river beach called Penedo Furado.
