We were in the accessible room which was great as each room hand plenty of open floor space for wheelchair user. Room was cleaned every day. Beds was very comfortable.
The breakfast were well worth having set you up for the day.
Staff were all helpful and very pleasant to speak with. Even checked on us when we missed breakfast one day in case we needed help or anything.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good. Room was quite adequate in size and comfort and appeared generally clean but the carpet was stained and certain areas very dusty, not helping asthma! The separate bathroom wasn’t an issue albeit across the corridor.
Welsh cakes were an added bonus in the room on arrival.
Kettle had water left in it on arrival so had to be rinsed out and refilled in separate bathroom before using, then leaked each time used.
The ‘view’ was a neighbouring property overlooking the room giving no privacy. The black out blind whilst ideal for night time use made the room too dark otherwise , perhaps a Venetian blind or even nets and curtains would be better for the room? A cleaner carpet would have been nicer and given a better first impression. The Picture over bed was very dusty and numerous hairs (dog)? On headboard. I did wipe around a bit to improve the headboard.
I hadn’t realised this was a dog friendly room, perhaps this should have been mentioned when booked as we normally avoid due to potential asthma issues.
