Would like another chair in room. There is a large building work a couple of hundred yards from hotel, so some associated noise. Wouldn't put me off rebooking

The location and the size of the room and the bathroom was spotless. And the balcony was nice. The room had ac, good wifi( not great) and a TV. The lady on reception next morning was lovely. Price was very affordable.

The bed cover( multi colored) but that's personal preference , I prefer white as it is easier to know if its clean. I slept on the white towels on top of the bed. The male receptionist on the evening of check in.

The location and comfort

I was locked out in the little balcony, there is no way of getting back into the room and had to shout for help to passing by people until someone come to assist and spoke to receptionist who was very nice and open my room to unlock the balcony door. You should warn people staying about this situation with the door. I do understand the receptionist who explained the reasons for the balcony to be lock but there is no warning signs at all.

Everything was good

Large room. Very good air con, was quiet and effective.

Noisy from road traffic till 11pm. Also on last night , lots of noise from room above, dragging furniture across floor.

Wasn't aware that breakfast was included?

Only 1 pillow per person. The cleaner came in 9 00am without knocking first. No Tea, coffee, kettle available in the rooms?

Spotlessly clean, close to everything, staff were accomodating.
