The house was fine but not cozy. The white couch in the family room was dirty. The bed and pillows in the master were very soft.

It was a great place for our family to stay. Plenty of room inside for everyone and a nice outdoor area as well. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Easy access to all main roads. And when you lock the outside steel door and exit through the garage and then upon returning you realize you accidentally locked yourself out of the house, the property manager responded to my text for assistance within minutes and remotely opened the garage door. And then was kind enough to provide me with an app to remotely open/close the garage door.

Everything was 5 Star except for the channel choices on both televisions. The live TV channels were the major disappointment! We only watched TV at night after our adventures. However, we did want to watch the Kennedy Center Honors, but we’re unable because there was no CBS app. Also live news channels were very limited.

This was our second stay at this property. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Fit two families nicely. Central location to places we visited…..Petco Park, Wild Animal Park and La Jolla Shores.

Super-clean house, hotel-like experience, complimentary welcome snacks and coffee/tea provided in kitchen, water pitcher in fridge, 20-30 min drive to Legoland, SD Zoo, downtown SD Historical Park with trolley, and Birch Aquarium if you use CityPass SD. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed the open, uncluttered living room/dining area with its large dining table, as well as the very comfortable outside area and large BBQ. Nice that the high chair and crib they provided was all set up upon arrival, and owners were responsive when had some questions. Easy to get to and park. Would definitely recommend! :)

This home was every bit as beautiful as the pictures online. The layout was wonderful and I loved the back yard/patio. The host made you feel comfortable from the start of you stay and was very accessible when needed. They supplied all necessary item and went above and beyond with snack, coffee, and bottled water. I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in the area.

The 4 bedrooms were perfect for the two families that stayed in the home. The quietest home we have ever rented. Very clean, with the bonus of snacks provided! Close to our destinations...the beach (La Jolla Shores) and Legoland. Vik very responsive to any questions. Definitely would stay again.

We were there as a family for a wedding and the place was perfect for getting ready and staying over for all the festivities. Vik was very responsive and extremely generous with the coffee, snacks and food provided. It came in very handy for us. Thanks much, Vik for the hospitality.

Location was a 20-30min drive to all the sites. We had a family event and the house suited 7 adults comfortable for 5 nights. Plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. Vik was accommodating and we appreciated the snacks, coffee and teas provided. This was one of the easiest checkouts! No chore list and the property rules were fair/reasonable.

home was immaculate. in these days of covid that was essential. Perfect location to get to zoo, Balboa Park, Legoland. Home is equipped with everything needed for a week's vacation. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen stuff. Appreciated the biscotti, cereal, popcorn munchies. Great location, great house.

This house was the perfect location for us as it was situated ~20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go (Legoland, the beach, San Diego Zoo and Sea World). When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to a whole host of great restaurants and supermarkets. The property itself was in excellent condition with all the amenities being very new and Vik's extra touches of hospitality very thoughtful. With what was provided we were able to have an outdoor bbq one night and eat a homecooked breakfast every morning before we went out for the day. Our toddler kids had a great time playing in the living room and out in the backyard. I highly recommend this location for a vacation stay in San Diego!

We stayed in Victor’s wonderful home for a week with my family and friends that came to San Diago for my sister’s wedding. The house was extremely comfortable, clean, and inviting. Staying in a newly constructed and thoughtfully designed space is a pleasure! We enjoy cooking, and the kitchen has a great layout with all the tools needed to prepare home-cooked meals. We also appreciated Victor’s clear instructions for checking in and getting settled, and he always responded quickly and helpfully to our questions. We enjoyed our small gathering at the back patio, beautifully designed to lounge and relax. We recommend this home to anyone looking to stay with family and friends in the conveniently located neighborhoods of Mira Mesa. Victor, thank you for hosting us!

We had a great stay at this house! The house was spotless upon our arrival.. brand new appliances, hand sanitizer placed around the house, comfortable sized rooms and an extra air mattress. The host was quick to reply to messages and fixing small issues. There is also a two car garage available for guests’ cars, laundry on site, and a gas grill. The location is in a family friendly area with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The house is about 15-20 mins from the large attraction and the beach. Thanks!
