This is a spacious Floorplan with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. It has great views and has grocery stores nearby. The only issues we had were outside the control of the owners (the family pool was being worked on leaving the one open pool somewhat crowded).

We were in St. George for soccer tournaments. The property fulfilled all of our needs- beds were comfortable, appliances worked, showers and allllll the tons of mirrors were clean, TV worked, arcade machine for kids was a hit, door code had no problems. Our only issue was a less-than-thorough vacuum job by the cleaners before arrival, probably due to the vacuum being too full and not maintained. My husband cleaned it out and re-vacuumed. Jeremy was excellent to communicate and work with. He wanted to make up for the overlook and refunded some of our stay to make up for our efforts. He also said he'd make sure it wasn't an issue in the future, so I dont imagine it would be for others. Everything else was very clean. The kids played in the adult pool and hot tub in the complex and had a blast. The main pool was closed and empty for renovation, which would've been nice to know beforehand. However there were so many families there this weekend that everyone was in the adult pool and hot tub and no one seemed to care, so it worked out! Now if the complex would just allow grills for the condos!

The condo worked great for 5 girls! We still had unused beds. The living area and back patio were nice gathering places to relax after a day of playing volleyball. The kitchen was a nice size and the dining room accommodated all of us! We accidentally left clothes in the dryer and Jeremy notified me right away and we were able to retrieve the lost items before we left town that day! Great hosts and nice place to stay, centrally located!

We had a quick 4 days, 3 night stay for spring break. This property was comfortable, clean, roomy, and in a great location. Check-in process was easy and communication was quick and great too! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again sometime.

The property was great, one of the best condos we’ve rented. The clubhouse had so many fun options, and the arcade in the unit was a hit with the kids. I missed a message from the host telling me the unit number but I was able to figure it out quickly and Jeremy got back to me in a timely matter. We will definitely stay here again.

The owners are very responsive. Condominium has everything you want. We enjoyed the pool and shuffle board. Beds are comfortable and living room is too. The video arcade games were fun. Thank you!
