Situated in Upper Hominy, this attractive house for $193 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Alondra’s home! The perfect location for those wanting easy access to all the city of Asheville has to offer. From breweries, to the Biltmore House which are all minutes away! After a pleasing evening experiencing the city, enjoy a serene evening next to the fire pit while soaking in the beautiful mountain views. The space My home is completely furnished with all amenities needed to feel at home. A fully equipped kitchen with toaster, fridge, blender, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishware, and cooking ware. The laundry room has a full washer and dryer including an iron/ironing board. Linens and towels and some toiletry essentials are provided. Smart TVs are available in every room along with Netflix set up. I’m looking forward to hosting amazing people! I’ll be waiting for an inquiry from you and we can start discussing more details from there! Guest access All guests will have full access to the house and premises except for my cleaning closets. Other details to note NO SMOKING/VAPING IS ALLOWED NO PARTIES Please be mindful of loud noises after 10:00 pm. A maximum of TWO pets are allowed with prior approval. Dogs are always welcomed but please check with me first if you want to bring some other pets. There is an additional pet fee of $25/night per pet. I will be providing essential supplies but if they run out it's up to guests to provide for themselves. My home is on .4 acres of land but it's not fenced in, so please watch your dog when outside. Please be mindful of my neighbors! They are all very kind and I wouldn’t want them to be bothered. Anyone violating the house rules will be held responsible for all expenses required to bring the home back to its original state.

The house was cute and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with lovely Mountain View’s. The host was more than helpful starting at booking all the way to the end of our stay. Would definitely rent this location again.

I brought my mom to Ashville to see the Biltmore for her 80th birthday. It was on her bucket list. We had a wonderful girls weekend with my SIL and nieces. This lovely home was our perfect resting place during our busy weekend. The home is as advertised. Accommodations were very nice and clean. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks for a great stay!!

The house was as pictured with beautiful mountain views. There was plenty of room for everyone with 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt like we had plenty of privacy while sitting at the firepit. The kids caught fireflies and we roasted marshmallows. The location was close to downtown Asheville and a short drive to Biltmore as well as several hiking locations. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Home is nice and well supplied. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. Home is an easy 15-20 minutes to Asheville. The road to the house is more like a driveway and the first house has quite an assortment of stuff behind it. We thought we were in the wrong place for a few minutes until we decided to keep going up the drive/road and then we found the house.

Very fresh, clean and comfortable property, exactly how it looked in the photo's. Very convenient location just about 15-20 min drive from Ashville. Full streaming services on the TV to help us relax after a full day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice and clean home. It was very close to all of the fun spots, whether you want to go to Asheville or Waynesville you are in the center.

The house was exceptionally clean, well appointed with multiple thoughtful amenities, and very comfortable. There’s plenty of space, and it’s bright and nicely decorated. Even better than the photos posted.

I rented this property so my parents could spend the holiday with us in Candler. My my in-laws live a 1/2 a mile down the road so the location was perfect. The property was extremely clean and well appointed. It even had a Christmas tree, which made this home away from home feel very festive. I was easily able to communicate with the property manager. We would definitely rent this house again.

Alondra's place is the perfect home base for your Asheville getaway - and exactly as photographed. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and the property had all of the amenities we needed to put together a holiday feast. We enjoyed some time outside by the firepit and felt at home during our stay. This place is just a short drive to Downtown Asheville, hiking trails and other activities in the area. Would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay. The house was super clean, cute decor and plenty of space. Neighborhood was very quiet and wish we had time to make use of the fire pit. The only thing thing to note is that even with directions it is hard to find. So definitely recommend making your arrival in daylight.

Great view, awesome place

I visited the Asheville area with my husband and my sister for a quick getaway. The house was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Our host made us feel very welcome. The view is gorgeous and the location was very quiet, close to hiking and the Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville. We also enjoyed the view while sitting outside by the fire or from the living room and from the patio while having our morning coffee. We would love to visit again and highly recommend Alondra’s place.

The home was exactly as listed. New, clean, stocked for all needs. My husband and I used this home as our base for our anniversary trip to Asheville. It was a short, easy drive to everything: good food, downtown, biltmore, and white water rafting. My favorite part of the house was the amazing views from the fire pit! Property owner was easy to reach if we had any questions. Highly recommend this location for your next Asheville trip. We will be staying here again.
