Close to everything, car parking, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Everything was clean and very comfortable. There was a lovely restaurant just down the road and the beaches were only a 10 minute walk.

Very attentive and courteous staff. Good breakfast. Good location, close to the center but very quiet. Common areas were very good, no luxury but quite tasteful.
The room was somewhat dated. I would suggest to replace the wall decorative items (a bit depressing, in my view) with simple photos or reproductions of the Crete scenery, Also please change the sofa bed (very unconfortable), maybe foldable chairs and a table would make the living room much more useful. With a small investment you would turn your place into a true gem.

Big compliment to the staff. They were very nice and helpful and prepared us a nice to-go breakfast as we had to leave for the plane very early in the morning. The hotel is close to walk to the center, to the beach and still you avoid the noise. The hotel has their own parking space and so you don't need to find a parking on the street.
