Appartement très bien agencé, neuf avec une grande terrasse très agréable.
Très bien équipé (sauf un grille-pain !!).
Propriétaire très gentil avec qui il était très facile de communiquer.
Petites attentions (cafés, thés......) très appréciées.
Commerces à proximité.
Un peu trop éloigné de la plage.

We had a wonderful time staying at this modern apartment in Kalamata. The space was well furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large balcony was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing in the evenings or enjoying a morning coffee.
The facilities were excellent, including the reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The communication from the host was excellent and very helpful. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay again!
Nothing that we didnt like, the only minor downside was that parking can be difficult, especially if you are returning in the evening and spaces can be harder to find.
