Location fantastic for Anpanman museum. Cool and cosy, great size space and well furnished with technology and amenities. Very kind price considering the area and space available.
One of the elevators has an SOS button at kid level that is missing its protective cover my 2 year old pressed the button twice before I could stop him, needs to be fixed. Also the corner of the range hood over the stove, next to the sink is really sharp and I hit my head on it more than once. Needs a protective corner

- Near Hakata Station. Walk around 10-15 minutes to Hakata Station. - Room is a bit large.
Spend 2 days in 2 times. - First time visit is OK. - Second time I had food smell from cooking food in the room especially at electric stove and air condition. - Bed is not comfortable. The mattress on the bed sagged. - Unmanned hotel. If you just landed no early check-in, no deposit luggage. Also take time around 10-15 min for check-in process.
