Great location, very handy, everything we needed etc etc, was was very close by. Seemed like a comfortable neighborhood..

This is my second stay at this fabulous home is what I considered the best suburb of greater Phoenix. The house is in perfect shape and there's room for everything. I worked at the dining room table with no problem and relaxed in the family room at night. It's a short walk to the Wigwam resort and a very pleasant walk. The pool is sparkling clean and everything in the house is in great shape.

Guests will enjoy the very open concept of the kitchen/living room areas. Bedrooms are small with no dressers or nightstands. But there are hanging shelves in the closet. Plenty of toilet paper in bathrooms but you might want to bring your own towels. We were lest 1 bath towel pee guest and 1 washcloth per bedroom. In the kitchen one towel. If you will do much cooking and will need any kind of speciality items you will need to bring those. 1 mixing bowl, 1 drink pitcher. Plenty of plates & cups.

Great location for MLB Spring Training baseball. Six teams to watch within 20 minutes. Goodyear is a little far away from the things to do in Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix area. Property Manager, Samantha, was great to work with. Home could use some lighting improvements.

We came for Reds spring training and the location was perfect! The house was clean and spacious. Would have loved to have used the beautiful pool but the weather was a little chilly. Highly recommend!

The location and price were great. Furnished nice. The beds were great. The pool was NOT heated so we couldn’t use it. The property wasn’t cleaned when we got there and they had to send someone to clean it. Needless to say, they were rushed and it’s wasn’t cleaned very well. We were short towels and wash clothes. It’s missing slats on several blinds and a light bulbs or two need replaced. The landscaping in the backyard needs attention. I hope the owners are checking the property regularly because it appears they went all out to furnish this place, but I don’t believe it being managed properly.

The house and location are fine. We had some issues with the refrigerator and a small water leak which were reported to the property contact. Also had some issues with light bulbs not working, and a few minor things. Overall pleased with the house and contents. Just needs a little better ongoing maintenance to be excellent!

The front porch light needs to be changed and more bulbs in upstairs bathroom off king room would help. Also upstairs bedroom. No place to put clothes, closet shelves were dirty. Ice maker didnt work. OVERALL HOUSE WORKED WELL FOR US.

Spacious and updated home, perfect for a large family with three full bathrooms and extra family bonus game room! Two story patio with a beautiful yard and pool, also plenty of shade. With a family of eight near adults provided plenty of room to spread out and enjoy private areas. Only concerns were house was about 100 degrees on check-in and would recommend property manager turn on AC in the morning before the 4pm check-in as it took several hours to cool the house down to a comfortable temp, also definitely need more towels available for a group this size (bring your own beach towels for the pool!). Pool light and patio lights were not working, but we still fully enjoyed the home and plan to return in the future!

Perfect Family Getaway

The property was very nice, clean, and well decorated. The neighborhood is also very nice and an easy walk to coffee and some shopping. There is also a nice park close by for children. We had 4 couples which fit very nicely, as all of the beds were king or queen. One item we thought was missing was a table in the kitchen and more chairs. There were only three bar stools in the kitchen and then only six chairs in the dining area, when the property will accommodate 8. With smaller children or elderly people, a table and regular chairs in the kitchen would have been ideal. The weather was too cool to swim (the pool is not heated) but I am sure it would be perfect in the heat of the summer. We had a very nice stay, and we will keep this property in mind if we come to the area again!

The only problem was that the TV in the downstairs and upstairs game area would not play regular TV stations and the instructions for accessing would not work. This was a disappointment. But everything else was great.

Nice property and great location in Goodyear
This is a very nice property in Goodyear -- it was clean, nicely decorated, and in a convenient location. It is also in a very nice neighborhood close to coffee, grocery and some shopping. There is also a nice park nearby for children. It is ideal for 4 couples as the beds are either king or queen and it has a main floor bedroom and full bath for elderly or people that can't do stairs. The pool was nice but not heated, so it was a little cold for our stay, but in the heat of the summer would be perfect. The one inconvenience was there was no table in the kitchen area. There were three bar height chairs and only six chairs in the dining area, when the property accommodates eight. For children and elderly, a kitchen table and regular chairs would have been ideal, as well as extra chairs. We had a very nice stay and would consider staying here again if we came to the area again.
