Nestled in Bristol, this charming condo for $153 per night is a great option for your next trip. This stylish and updated RaceDay Condo is nestled in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee and sits DIRECTLY in front of Bristol Motor Speedway. While staying in this tastefully decorated suite, you will have access to an elevator, hot tub, pool, fitness center, and a private clubhouse. We are only 10 minutes from Downtown Bristol. This space is ideal for travelers coming to BMS, Creeper Trail, Music Festivals, Golfing, Shopping, or to discover the area. Also great for Travel Nurses & Doctors! This well-appointed condo has been designed and outfitted with everything you will need for your stay. It’s a 2BR unit, each with its own private bath. There is elevator access to your front door, and you can park your car in our gated parking lot. While staying with us, you have full access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse. The hot tub normally opens in April, and the pool and hot tub normally close in mid-September. Our unit is located in Tower One at the RaceDay Condo Center. This unit is equipped with a keyless entry, and the code will be sent on the day of arrival. During your stay, guests will have access to the hot tub, swimming pool, and fitness center. This condo is located in a gated community, and you must have a pass to enter through the gate to the compound. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine for breaking house rules. We are available as needed. I live nearby and can be reached anytime by phone or text. We are located DIRECTLY across the street from Bristol Motor Speedway! Come explore Bristol & Southwest VA. We love to host guests from all over the world. We have the Tri-Cities Airport located close by and they have rental cars available. We have Uber & Lyft available and limited bus transportation Downtown. If you are driving your own car the city is very easy to navigate and traffic is light to moderate depending on time of day. We are also closely located to the Interstate & Highway 421. Access to the hot tub and pool is seasonal. Please remember that all shared areas are a family-friendly environment. Please be mindful that there are other guests in the complex and no loud noise after 10 p.m. Several excellent restaurants, shops, drug stores, Walmart, Food City grocery store, craft brewery, etc., are located very close to the complex. PLEASE NOTE - we have a 3-night minimum for race events.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tailored Space. Everything was spotless! When you stay at one of Karen’s rentals there’s honestly no need to bring anything, she anticipates everything you may need for a successful get away. She is quick to respond with any questions you may have and her properties are always well equipped and aesthetically pleasing ❤️

My husband and I were ecstatic to spend time with our grandchildren, 6 and 3 years old. We thought this place would be perfect. Sadly, we were approached by a strange man asking for our condo number. We don’t tell strangers where we are staying, so we continued to the pool to enjoy our day. To be clear, I contacted the owner and she reassured me that I did not have to check-in with anyone and that the man was Joe, Linda’s husband. Linda is the property manager.
My grandchildren, my husband, and I were enjoying swimming together. Then, a stranger (Linda) came with no identification and asked for our room number. I explained that I contacted the owner who stated that I did not have to check-in with anyone. Linda refused to stop harassing us until we left with crying, sad grandchildren.
The owner offered a hotel room but we felt so unsafe, we drove five hours back home to be in our safe place. Unfortunately, the owner decided to explain Linda’s actions to me. It was because a previous guest brought fourteen people to the pool. I could not fathom how or why we deserved to be questioned, two grandparents and two small children.
Joe and Linda caused my grandchildren, my husband and me a traumatic experience that we may never heal.

Karen made this stay the utmost of comfort and convenience for our family! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed outside of groceries (but there were some snacks and drinks for us)! Karen was easy to get a hold of when we needed her (which was once because I overlooked a detail that was sent to me). We would absolutely stay in condo 502 again!

Absolutely Perfect!!! Made a long weekend to visit family in the Bristol area and we couldn't have asked for anything better. We overlooked the Bristol Speedway, just minutes from anything you might need. Our host had excellent communication before and during our stay - she went well above and beyond what we expected. The condo was excellent - it had everything we needed and we couldn't have asked for anything better! We certainly hope to stay here again in the future!

Came for a baseball tournament my son was playing in with my wife and daughter. This property was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of room and privacy. The place was spotless and had all the amenities that you would need. Nice having a pool and hot tub available on the property as well. Karen was also very helpful with a need that we requested. The only reason I am giving this place a five star rating is because there is no such thing as a six star rating. When I’m telling you this owner has thought of everything…. I mean everything. There is extra everything for you if you left something at home. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, it was fully furnished and they even had books, games, movies, HUGE TV’s in each room, super comfy pillows and mattresses, and even…. Coffee! It’s the little details that really show you just how much they have put into this VRBO. Everything is labeled for you. All of the art and pictures are framed and matted. Nice thread count sheets. Patio furniture with cushions. I have come to expect certain things, but not be over demanding. That way you are not disappointment. But this particular Vrbo was top notch and it was obvious that this owner took pride in their rental. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends!

Beds were comfortable. Location is perfect if you are coming to a car race - right across the street from the track. Easy 7-10 minute drive to downtown Bristol for a good variety of restaurants. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area. Karen was easy to communicate with and helped us out with a last-minute need for an additional parking pass. We had an awesome stay here. It was very clean and smelled great when we walked in. They offered so many extra amenities. This place was stocked very well! They had everything we needed and more! The beds and furniture were also very comfortable. We had no issues so communication was limited with the owner but when I did have questions upon arrival she was very quick to respond. Great communication with her and she was very nice. Overall, this is a great place to stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Bristol!

We've stayed at this property before and loved it so we wanted to come again for Christmas. We loved it just as much this time. The location is great for us and it is convenient to all we wanted to do for the holidays. We only had 2 days so we did not do any cooking, but anything you need to cook with is there. We did make coffee several times from the assortment of coffee and tea options. The place is spotless as far as cleanliness goes, and lastly working with Karen was very smooth. She's always available to the phone and always friendly and easy to talk to. We will probably be back in a few months. Love it.

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo for a week and it was hands down the best rental I ever rented on here. Everything in the condo was perfection. First of all, it was CLEAN! I mean sparkling clean. The decor was so beautiful throughout the entire condo. The extra things in the condo were amazing too. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the views alone was worth every penny. Karen was also wonderful to deal with. There really aren't enough words at how happy we were with our stay in Bristol. I HIGHLY recommend this condo. I know if we get to go back, we will be booking again.

We both fell immediately in love with this property. We've stayed in several VRBO properties and all were great, but this one was the cherry on top of the cake. This has tons of room to start with, and every room is very well equipped and decorated. But even better, it was immaculate. I think we could have eaten off the floors it was so clean. The bed was comfortable and we both slept like babies. The kitchen is totally stocked with not just dishes and cookware, but also the cabinet is full of spices, the refrigerator had everything from water to condiments like hot sauce, ketchup and mustard. We chose not to cook on this trip, but we certainly could have done so without bringing a bag full of cooking supplies. In addition the coffee bar was to die for. Both a drip pot and a Keurig was provided with all the supplies for a variety of coffee and tea. They also have little hospitality baskets in the bathrooms and kitchen with snacks and toothbrushes, sharing cream, razors, etc. The shower and tub was stocked with full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was towels enough for 8-10 people. Another surprise was a drawer filled with couch blankets to wrap around you, and even ponchos and an umbrella. for the guests use. Finally another great thing was the beautifully furnished balcony outside the living room that faced the Bristol Motor Speedway. We could have literally walked across the street to the race track. Finally, the hostesses, Karen was so easy to reach via text, email or phone. She was very helpful and makes you feel like you're talking to an old friend. We loved everything about this stay and will hopefully be back soon and often.

Bristol Racing
This condo was more-than-perfect for a weekend of Racing in Bristol! Very clean, well-stocked ( big thank you to the coffee bar) , nicely decorated, and wonderfully furnished. Karen was a great host and was very quick to answer any questions, as well as help have an extra parking pass delivered quickly at the last minute. Condo is right across the street from the track, which made enjoying trackside activities easy. 15 minutes from the door to our seats, and didn't have to deal with traffic. Convenient to downtown Bristol (7 miles), where there are several good restaurants to choose from. Will stay here again the next time we come to a race!

Bristol Karl Kustom dirt weekend
The condo's location is perfect as it is directly across the road from the speedway. The whole facility is beautiful with every amenity imaginable. I have never seen a rental unit so totally equipped. Everything you need to prepare a great homemade meal. We only cooked breakfast but could have prepared Thanksgiving dinner if we desired! Can't wait to go back.
