The staff were incredibly proactive, responsive, and accommodating. We also really loved the breakfast setup! It was served directly to our room like room service, which was a great touch. They offered three classic choices (tapa, tocino, and longganisa), all served with eggs and rice. Between the delicious, convenient meals and the excellent customer service, the overall experience was highly positive.
I experienced an unexpected water leak from the ceiling in our room during the stay. However, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, so it didn't ruin the trip.

The staff were very friendly! The bathroom was very nice. The room had all the amenities we needed.
The location was a little hard to locate because of the smallness of the street but the staff made up for it. Sadly the door for the regal room was weird and hard to use.

Location wise it’s good.
There’s no provided drinking water/ complementary water for the guests. They are charging the bottled water which we are not informed prior to check in.
