Situated in Clear Lake, this attractive condo for $217 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Wanting to wake just a couple feet from the water with the best view of the lake? My one bedroom upper level lake condo is just that as there is no rental on the lake closer to the water. Great for couples and small families- Bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a full size new pullout couch, and queen size double stacked air mattress that self-inflates. The lake condo has all amenities of a home as well as a shared spacious patio with plenty of seating and a 300 foot dock for your use! ---------------------------------------------------- Living Room Full Kitchen Dining Area Upper Level Patio 300 foot dock Full Bath Bedroom Large Closets Shared Laundry Room Garage space for storage if needed Included- Fresh sheets and blankets on all beds as well as extra sheets on closet for air mattress. Plates, silverware, glassware, toaster, coffee maker, coffee supplies, outdoor grill, beach towels, cards, board games, and books. For days spent inside, there are cards, board games, janga, books, Amazon fire stick with all major streaming app’s, and access to my YouTube TV account with over 80 channels. Also for your use is an assortment of games kept in the garage which include can jam, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, connect 4, bounce battle, and frisbee golf. Some can be played on the property and you are welcome to take games to the park 4 blocks up the street! -------------------------------------------- Parking for one vehicle in the driveway. There is plenty of room for extra vehicles and boat trailers along the street just across the road from the condo. Bring your bicycles, kayaks, etc. and keep them in the garage if you'd like. You can tie up to and use the dock but if you plan to tie up your boat overnight, please talk to me ahead of time. Swimming from the dock is not recommended. City Beach and State Beach are much better options to enjoy the water. ----------------------------------------------- When you first arrive to the condo you will use a digital key code to get in to the building, stay on the upper level, and use another key code to get in to the condo. The building has four total units; two on each level. I live in the unit next to the rental condo and I give guests their space to enjoy the entire patio to themselves so it will feel like it is your own private patio. :) Check out my welcome guide that I have created with all of my favorite local restaurants and summer activities to explore! Overall disappointing. Condo was very noisy, both from neighboring condo and street noise. Lake was beautiful however boat access was not what we expected. No good place to dock both without possible damage to watercraft and parking for boat trailer was less than ideal. Leaving it along the street parking was not a favorite.

This is our second summer spending a long weekend in one of the condos. Amazing location, views and access to dock for our boat. Looking forward to staying again. Barak always responds very quickly to any questions.

We had an outstanding experience staying here. The location is perfect - on the lake and right across the street from the golf course. We brought our boat and were able to park it in the street. The deck was nice and provided a great view of the lake. The check-in process was seamless. The owner provided a detailed email with all pertinent information. My only suggestion would be to replace the queen bed with a king bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal as it was on street level, so no steps to climb. Beautiful view of lake. Comfortable bed. Only suggestion would be to install cushions on the dock as we were afraid to tie up our boat for fear of scratching on the rough wood.

I am very picky when it comes to places to stay on when I'm vacation. Barak's condo on the lake was beyond my expectations. This place was so clean, bright, nicely decorated, and very welcoming. It's perfectly located. As soon as you walk in the door, you see that beautiful lake view. We sat on the deck and on the dock for hours taking in the view and simply relaxing. Baraka responded quickly to questions and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this awesome condo on the lake and I would stay there again without hesitation. 👍👍

This is a very nice clean little condo which was absolutely perfect for my husband & I. The owner was extremely helpful & caring. The only note I would make (which never bothered us) is that the balcony is shared with no separation so you may have to share with others. The owner was very nice & always let us have the balcony area to ourselves so it was not an issue for us at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Best property we have rented at Clear Lake. We parked our boat across the street. We left our bicycles in the garage, at the invite of the owner. The bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing. Fishing off the dock was fun. Access to downtown and the state park was convenient. This is a beautiful condo on the lake.
