When you're not out exploring and enjoying all the area has to offer, relax by the heated pool with beautiful views, and tons of privacy. Inside, you'll also find two living areas to spread out, a ping pong table, foosball table, and plenty of seating to enjoy meals with your group.

This was our second stay at this home and definitely not our last. It's clean and spacious with an amazing kitchen and an incredibly large and comfy couch. The views are stunning from every window too.
The location is great for a MTB trip - minutes from the Lunch Loops Trailhead and an easy drive to Fruita. This house is hard to beat!

We had a great weekend here. Our group was adults, teens and a 5 year old. More than enough space for everyone and activities, or quiet time to yourself. The outdoor space is beautifully designed and very relaxing. Everyone loved time in the pool. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night, with the stars overhead the scene is breathtaking. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and then some, like an extra large electric griddle, George Foreman grill, even a crockpot. The refrigerator is large and definitely appreciated when cooking for a large group. Beds are very comfortable and linens great quality. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to other families to book here for large groups. Wonderful hosts and great property!

This house was exactly what my family needed to celebrate the graduation of my son from the local University in town. Maria was quick to text with updates and answers to questions I had. The home is spacious with a fabulous backyard/pool/hot tub. The view is stunning. The beds are amazingly comfortable !! Thank you Maria !!

The property had everything we needed and plenty of room for our extended family gathering. We absolutely loved the gorgeous views from every window too. The owner was wonderful at communicating and responded very quickly to all of our questions.

I rented here because it was really close to great riding at the Lunch Loops. We loved the house. Slept every person with ease. The yard and amenities are perfect. Having a large parking is also a huge plus. If your heading to GJ this house is amazing in all ways. One last comment. The host are also really nice and accommodating.

6 friends gathered for the annual mountain bike trip and the house was perfect. Great rooms, comfy beds (thank you) and good pillows. The hot tub after long days on the bikes was clutch! Would absolutely recommend this house for a family gathering or bike trip. The bbq….also key. Didn’t want to forget that!!!

Perfect family reunion!
We rented this house as a post Covid family reunion vacation and it was perfect! The house is very clean and well kept. There was soooo much room for multiple families to each have some privacy. The kids loved sharing the bunk bed room upstairs. Pool and hot tub are amazing. And THE VIEW.
Hosts were communicative and clear about everything.
Would definitely book again!

Beautiful views, plenty of space for a large group or family. Pool was nice, and was in a nice quite area. Great getaway for family vacation. Lots of hiking and things to do close by. If you like to bike and hike this place is for you. Renters were easy to get ahold of. Just text and they got you covered. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Family gathering
We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and the pool and hot tub were great! The second refrigerator was a game changer.
Our only negative- not enough bath towels for a house that sleeps 16.
The owner was very easy to work with, and very nice when I met her.
Definitely would stay again .

Annual Trip with College Friends and Family
This house and location was perfect for our annual meet up with two families. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. As the early risers in the group, my husband and I loved sitting out back every day and watching and listening to the quail, hummingbirds, jays and more. Sunrise and sunsets over the monument are spectacular as well. Great location, with access to the trails, monument, wineries, and groceries. Only item that took some getting used to was the swamp cooler, but that was a simple enough fix.

My family and I were in town for my brothers wedding and we wanted a place where many of us from out of town could all hang out together. The property fit us perfectly. Memories
I can say in all honesty that our group of friends has never stayed in a VRBO house as nice as this!! The owners went out of their way to meet our requests and were always accessible if you had a question.
The house is stocked with anything you could need and there's plenty of room for everyone. It's conveniently located for all types of recreation(we mountain biked) as well as dining.
We'll be back!
