Super cool beautifully finished/furnished pad. Location was brilliant…we cycled everywhere as is the culture in Samara (our car remained parked for the duration of our stay!). Awesome chill town. We’d definitely return to it and to this villa! **IMPORTANT CAVEAT: there is significant happening construction immediately in front of this home. Owner Connor was great and transparent about this, but it was more than he or we anticipated. We were awakened by hammering/building/gravel-pouring noise every morning at 6:30am, and related noise/dust was ongoing until 4:30 each day. At time of review April 2022, this property is not suitable for anyone wanting to sleep in or just hang at the pool.

We had an amazing spring break trip! The owner was great with answering any questions and Jacquie, the onsite property manager, was amazing. She checked in on us and had some great recommendations for activities and dining in the area.
The kids loved the pool and it was the perfect way to cool off after a day at the beach. Yes, there is some construction, but with a full day of adventures, we were up early anyways.
Besides, the monkeys were louder anyway! Samara exceeded expectations....hope it doen't change.

The house was fantastic, my kids enjoyed the pool. The house was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. It is walking distance to samara beach and supermarket. The only negative for us was the construction going on in the neighboring homes
