About this apartment rental
This upstairs apartment, featuring an open-concept living, dining, and sleeping area for 1–3 people, is located right on the small dike in Neßmersiel. In addition to a double bed, the apartment also offers a comfortable sleeper sofa (additional fee) for one more person.
The high-quality kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and much more.
From the 24-square-meter balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. From the balcony, you can see the Norderney lighthouse with the naked eye.
The vacation rental in Neßmersiel is situated right in the midst of the beautiful green countryside and is very quiet due to its location at the end of a cul-de-sac, as there is no through traffic. Located directly on the small dike, it offers magnificent views. Our vacation home consists of two vacation apartments and was completely renovated and modernized in 2021.
Note:
We charge an additional €50 per stay for final cleaning. This fee is to be paid on site.
We also offer an optional towel package for €6.50 and bed linens for €7.50 per stay. Please feel free to contact us in advance if you need towels or bed linens.
The visitor’s tax must also be paid in cash upon arrival.

Nagelneues, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit allem, was selbst anspruchsvolle Gäste erwarten können. Eine wunderbare ruhige Lage, direkt am Deich. Einsam ist man trotzdem nicht: grasende Kühe kommen direkt am Haus vorbei, ein Fasan versteckt sich im angrenzenden Geld und fliegt laut protestierende auf wenn man sich nähert, Schafe machen sich vom Deich aus bemerkbar. Nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne, hochwertige, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, in der man sich wohlfühlen kann. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern problemlos.
