About this house rental
Located in Orem, this lovely house for $86 per night is a great choice for your next trip. A ground level Mother-in-law's apartment with a million dollar view, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with washer and dryer, living room with gas fire place and reclining couches, kitchen with all of the tools need to make a home cooked meal (You bring the food) Just 15 minutes to sundance a great place no matter what the season is, winter has skiing, both day and night, you can also snow shoe. Summer offers horseback riding, hiking, shopping, fly fishing, Ziplines shows and etc. Fall is bursting with Provo canyon colors and the leaves are falling. Bridal veil falls a great canyon to see wild life and natural water falls, hiking trails and biking. Utah Valley University is 10 minutes south/west and BYU is 10 minutes South/east of us. Salt Lake city/Lagoon Amusement park is about 40- 50 minutes north of us. lots of Parks and splashpads around us and even the Murdock canal Trail is down the road for biking/walking/jogging Thanksgiving point is a great place to visit as well we are 10-15 minutes away You may also reserve a private outdoor pickle ball court for only $10 an hour, it is only five minutes from the house. come and enjoy our neck of the woods!

This was the perfect place for me to recharge and visit family. Among the pleasant surprises: reclining couches, a microwave that was also an air fryer, cookie jar full of hair and bath products, snack basket, view of Provo River while reclining, sunsets, being in the mountains without being out in the 'sticks.' I will stay here again. It exceeded my expectations. Not for the very old or very young because there is a steep driveway to traverse upon arrival. You will be on the first floor of a large home. This is not a basement in someone's home. This is the first floor of a beautiful home with amazing views! I felt that I had complete privacy and also felt that I was not completely isolated (being a single lady traveling alone). You will be in a neighborhood, but up far enough in the mountains to benefit from the views.This was the perfect spot for me!

I made a spur of the moment trip to visit my college daughter. I was lucky to come across this listing at the last minute! It was a perfect spot for the two of us to enjoy the weekend.
Teresa has thought of so many little details that make the stay comfortable. Two bedrooms is perfect for a small family or a few friends.
Great location, easy to get around to food, shopping, etc. And the view from the front door is breathtaking!
I hope to be a frequent visitor!

Everything about the stay was great but by far the best thing was how great Terrsa was as a hostess. She was very accommodating in letting me park at the top of the driveway so my folks did not have to walk up it. She even brought down a chicken noodle packet when she learned that my parents were under the weather.
Overall a great stay! Would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The home was clean and it is in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. It sits up on a hill with a nice view of Utah Lake. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning eating breakfast looking out over the city and Lake in the distance. Walmart in Lindon is not too far away. Also easy access to Provo Canyon and Bridal Veil Falls. You do have to park on the street and there is a steep hill up to the door, but you can park next to the door to unload. The owner lives above the rental. She was very friendly and easy to contact. The only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer. Overall we loved our stay.

It took me awhile to find a location in this area that didn’t require a lot of stairs to enter. I am so glad I found this!! Views were AMAZING! Loved seeing the deer throughout the day! It was so clean and the kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I’ve ever experienced. Host was so easy to work with and quick to respond! In fact, she let us check in a little early due to my son having had invasive knee surgery that day! Fabulous price, too! Loved it!

This was the best unexpected place we ever stayed! Teresa was welcoming and helpful at every stage of the stay. The rooms are lovely, homey, and comfortable. Everything we forgot or couldn’t take on our flight was waiting for us in the cupboards! The view from the patio is amazing and it’s a peaceful place to sip morning coffee and enjoy bird watching. The entire neighborhood is filled with beautiful flowers and well landscaped. Close enough to destinations to be convenient, yet set apart enough to be a welcome retreat.
We did a day trip to Cedar Breaks and another to Salt Lake. Bridal Falls was stunning. We met new family, learned to share their love for the area and local must-see/enjoy features. The wedding was a success. We laughed, we cried, we were blessed!

The host was wonderful! Nestled in a lovely neighborhood, the view of the lake and city was amazing. Located perfectly for a bicycle vacation, we did not need our car to access the trails.

We stayed at the property for three nights in April. Everything was as described in the listing. There were plenty of travel size soaps, shampoos, and lotions to choose from. There were plenty of towels and everything looked clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had no trouble making ourselves breakfast every morning. Because we had a baby, Teresa offered us a pack n play and a walker which our baby liked using. There was an issue with the digital entry lock not working, but Teresa found a solution for us very quickly and communication was great. Overall, our small family enjoyed our stay here very much. Thank you for renting to us, Teresa!

Super comfy and all our needs met. Landlords were super responsive and helpful and kindly even scraped the snow off my rental car! Bed was great and the shower water pressure is to die for! We'll be back. 😁

This was such a unique stay and while the walk up the driveway was pretty steep (can’t imagine doing it when it’s icy), you can’t beat the views—you can see almost the entire Utah county and Utah lake and it’s close to everything. Teresa was so very accommodating!

Small unit underneath the main house where the owners live. The host was very helpful. Location is lovely — beautiful view when you walk out the door in the morning. Relatively quiet given that there are people living above you.

This is a charming little place in a beautiful neighborhood with lovely older homes in the hills. Teresa is a gracious and attentive host and it’s clear she put thought into maximizing this space for the guests’ comfort. The kitchen is small but fully stocked and there’s lots of places to put your stuff. There’s also lots of lighting options and mirrors which I really appreciated. But the best part was the view. We were there when it snowed and watching it cover the mountain was pure joy. I kept the curtains open the entire time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location to see the Salt Lake City area. We spent 2 nights and enjoyed the sunset from the front porch, you can see Utah Lake. We spent the day exploring the Sundance area. Our hosts were great and easy to connect with. The apartment is very comfortable, nice kitchen area , had everything we needed to fix our own meals. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Great proximity to BYU as we dropped our daughter off for her first year. Great running path just down the street. Right around the corner from Bridal Veil Falls. Just a few minutes away from copious amounts of food and retail. Great views of the valley. Will definitely stay again. Price for what you get and location far exceeded expectations.

Pleasant place in a beautiful location up on a hill only about a mile from the mouth of Provo Canyon. It was stocked with everything that we needed and more. The host was incredibly responsive to any/every inquiry to make our stay comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again!

All the little things are taken care of in this VRBO. If you forgot something, there is a pretty good chance Teresa thought about it and it is in the VRBO. Great location for putting son into UVU and visiting BYU nieces and nephews. Great view from the front porch. The hosts couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

The host was very kind and helpful. If you need anything send a text and they answer fast. Location was perfect, close enough to shopping, but far enough away from the noise of a city. In a great neighborhood, went for family walks, neighbor's were vey friendly.
