Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en prima. Het diner vond ik iets minder lekker, maar was desondanks ook uitgebreid. Kamer prima grootte, bedden comfortabel. De privé stranden waren erg fijn, shuttle bus naar het strand beviel goed.
De communicatie vanuit het hotel had beter gemogen. We hadden een vroege terugvlucht, maar toen we de dag ervoor om een ontbijtpakket vroegen, kregen we te horen dat we dat te laat hadden aangevraagd. Dat moest namelijk voor 18:00 uur, dit was ons echter nooit verteld en stond ook niet in de informatie die we hadden gekregen...
Ook vonden de mensen van het animatieteam te aanhoudend en opdringerig soms, onze nee werd pas geaccepteerd nadat we dit meerdere keren hadden aangegeven ipv na 'gewoon' een keer.

Staff cordiale e animazione giovane, intraprendente e sempre pronta ad un sorriso senza mai essere invadenti.
Le spiagge comodissime, con ombrellone e lettini e adatte anche ai bambini. La posizione offre un panorama spettacolare soprattutto al tramonto.

La spiaggia de 'li caneddi' è meravigliosa e a pochi passi dalla struttura con il personale addetto al salvataggio gentilissimo e simpatico. Le stanze erano pulite ogni giorno con cambio di asciugamani. Alla reception hanno sempre accolto le nostre richieste.
Poca attenzione alla pulizia di piatti, bicchieri e tazze che abbiamo trovato sempre sporche dei residui di un cattivo lavaggio. Qualità del cibo mediocre e personale addetto alla ristorazione poco professionale. Talvolta nella sala del buffet si sentivano odori sgradevoli.
