Very well located- in city center, and the services are very good. Cleaning is available daily, the room was clean, well equipped.
I didn’t know that it has 2 floors, the bed was upstairs. But overall it was confortable

Login machine is a bit of a Pfaff for UK travellers. Staff were very helpful, when I put my card into the wrong slot

Rooms are spacious, nice modern design aesthetic, bed large and comfortable. All the equipment for catering is a good standard. Air conditioning is excellent. Great location
On the day before I left I returned to find my wash bag, electric toothbrush and medicine had all disappeared. The hotel accepts no liability and were unable to find them. My guess is the cleaners accidentally threw them away but I am left out of pocket and inconvenienced
