The mattress was worn and I could feel the springs. The room was small and I thought I had booked a premium room, which is not what I got. Arrived late, so I had to buy take out for supper, but no plates, cutlery, etc was available to use. No teaspoon for coffee. No mats next to the bed, the TV streaming services went off-line and it took me about 30 min getting it back up and running again, by which time I lost interest and went to sleep. All and all not what I expected.
