The food was very good, the hotel was clean, and the location was excellent. The wellness area was also clean and well-maintained.
Unfortunately, the sound insulation in our room was very poor. We could hear every door slamming, the lift operating and chairs being dragged around, which repeatedly woke up our baby.
Apart from the receptionist and one very friendly waiter, hardly anyone spoke English, and many signs and information notices were not available in English. At first, we thought this was simply an oversight, especially nowadays when technology makes communication so much easier. However, some interactions with staff gradually gave us the impression that international guests were not particularly welcome, or that making them feel comfortable was not really a priority. This was quite disappointing.
Although the baby cot charge was mentioned in the booking information, we would have appreciated being clearly informed of the additional cost when the receptionist asked whether we needed one. Regarding the parking fee, there was no prior information or notification at all. Both charges were simply added to our bill at the end of our stay, which we found disappointing and lacking in transparency.

Loved the apartment we stayed in. Bath and half bath is a great plan for 3 or more guests.
The sliding screens on the balcony were a nice feature. The spa was relaxing after a day of hiking. The resort was very family friendly too.
Breakfast was very good and the staff super friendly. Location also good to get around the area quickly. I would recommend the Arietes Marmont to friends!
Nothing I didn’t like.
