Good but issues with PCN.

Good location for the concert which we attended. Was spacious and relatively clean.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of minor issues during my stay. There was a leak from the property/flat above which was trickling into the kitchen. I messaged the owner about this and was told they would investigate. However, the main reason for my low rating is the issue with parking and the subsequent PCN. At 19:14 on the day of my arrival, I messaged the owner with my vehicle registration, as requested, so that the vehicle could be registered for parking at the property. Unfortunately, a PCN was issued at 20:02, before the registration had been applied to the property. I immediately contacted the owner the next day on discovering the notice. He acknowledged the issue and said they would deal with the PCN, accepting that the fault was on their end. I appreciated this and simply asked for confirmation once the PCN had been paid. Unfortunately, I never received any further response or confirmation, and I have now had to pay the £70 PCN myself. It's disappointing because the issue could have been resolved quite easily, and I hoped on the owner's assurance that they would deal with it. Especially after admitting fault. Aside from this, the property itself was reasonably good, but unfortunately the handling of the parking issue has affected my overall experience.
