Fabulously clean and tidy. Lovely location plenty of space, staff were exceptionally friendly. Little things that make the difference e.g. proper small milk bottle in fridge.

Excellent breakfast
Location was excellent and easy to find.
Cant think of anything major exept that you had to leave the hotel and walk yo thr restaurant, in the event of bad weather.

The location to York was a major benefit, breakfast was outstanding and the grounds really well maintained. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were all courteous and welcoming. Parking facilities are great. I wish we could have explored the area for longer. The room itself was very nice with well provided services. Overall, we were very impressed.
Nothing apart from being able to hear other guests in the corridor, but as there was a wedding when guests were returning to rooms late, we could hear their chatter through the gap from the hallway.

Bed too low for disabled. Dangerous exit from lift for disabled opposite stairs if reversed too quickly. No signs for guidance.
Price was expensive did not stay for breakfast. Stayed in other quality hotels for less and all inclusive of breakfast.
