Posizione invidiabile.
Scala di accesso senza illuminazione. Va segnalata la presenza di molti gradini, in presenza di persone anziane/disabili. La salita con bagagli è impegnativa.

Lovely terrace with a great view. A lot of beautiful beaches in this area.
Apartment is good too: rooms are big, 2 bathrooms, enough furniture. Cozy interior and exterior, that perfectly matches with what you imagine as an Italian countryside cottage. But the devil is in the details…
Facilities:
Be aware that you have to pay extra for the bedding and towels. 25 euro per person for 1 set. In case you want to change it during your stay, you have to pay again. So if you don’t want to use a single towel for more than 1 week, consider paying extra €200 for 4 people. It would be beneficial if they could include at least 1 beach towel per person to justify the price. I know it’s a house rule that you have to pay for bedding (and btw the only extra charge they notified us about in DM prior to arrival), but guys.. seriously? It’s the first time in my life I have to pay extra fee for the sheets, while we have already paid €3000+ for the accommodation. It’s bizarre. Of course they can say that they provide the guests with an option, but let’s be for real: who on earth travels with their own bedding?
Also, make sure to bring the trash bags with you, as you will be provided with just ONE normal and 1 organic for the 8 days of stay. When we asked a host representative to leave us a couple more bags for the first day till we buy ones, as we need them to sort the garbage, he said it’s not included in the price :D Ok, we get it. He could say he just doesn’t have it. But the way he put it: “you’re paying for the house, not for bags” - sorry but it’s ridiculous.
If you think that at this point nonsensical and absurd charges are over - no, they are not :D When checking out, you have to take all your garbage to the local waste sorting station, otherwise you will be charged a “disposal fee”. Check-out is at 10 AM, but waste sorting station opens at 3 PM. Super convenient, right? (No.) We had to ride almost to the airport with the full trash bags on our laps, because the trunk was fully filled with our suitcases.
Overall lack of essentials: no kettle, no bare minimum like shower gel or shampoo.
