Easy car access to the courtyard; the same code worked for the automatic gate, the building entrance, and the room itself; a spacious room; the air conditioning was already running and the room was cool; comfortable beds; a very large bathroom; and, last but not least, a very central location...
Not necessarily something unpleasant, but while communication was excellent at the start, it dropped off a bit later on—perhaps my questions seemed silly. I’d also add that the toilet was one of those modern wall-mounted models—the kind without a pedestal. I weigh 120 kg, and since it was installed a bit too high, I avoided using it; I was too worried it might break under me...

Loved the location, the private parking within the facility and the responsiveness of the owener.
The room we were staying in could use a little touch up. Someone above flooded their floor and there were 2 big spots on the ceiling. Other than that, all clean

Modern
Didn’t have some basic stuff like a bowl and kitchen napkins. Walls are thin. I could hear anything and I was in the end of a corridor. Entrance Doors have big gaps.

Best check-in method ever, super fast and easy. Big plus.
Available free parking space, essential for a city like Târgu Mures where parking is tricky.
Free coffee machine in the lobby.
Comfortable bed.
Maybe the cleaning stuff should remember to take out the trash from the kitchen too, not just the bathroom, so that the next guests have an empty trash can under the sink for their own trash. In my case, they forgot to do it. Oh well, a small flaw to a super great location.
