This home is perfect for any family vacation! Kick-off your shoes and enjoy the outdoor lake living space which includes a large fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, sandy beach areas, a private dock for swimming, fishing (fishing poles included with this home), and lots of unforgettable memories - reconnect with your family and friends in a quiet & relaxing home! This home is very spacious with two full kitchens, dining areas, living rooms, and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 in 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The foosball table, cornhole, covered patios, and cozy electric fireplace will keep the whole family busy and happy! Please note: This is the very spacious lower level of this property. There is a separate, upper level apartment which is occasionally occupied by the owners. Rest assured that you will always have full and private access to all the amenities this property has to offer, the lake, dock, patios, yard, fire pit, grill, sandy beach areas, kayaks, paddle boards and hot tub. The owners are very quiet when in residence and try to be invisible. They want you to fully enjoy your vacation at Lake Norman Escape. Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you! *** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations. *** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.

Was surprised that we were in the basement of a house but it was beautiful and we enjoyed every second we had there. The house was nice and being right on the water was very relaxing.

This was a great house! We had 2 families staying and there were plenty of amenities and activities for both families, very comfortable living spaces, and plenty outdoor space. The kids loved their bedroom!

The house is amazing and more then what is needed for a lake stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, liked that it was in the shade. The kayaks and paddle board were very fun! The board games were a big plus also! The only downside were the geese and their messes every morning.

Property was just as advertised and accommodations suited the wide range of ages in our family. Lots of outside games to play and 2 kitchens helped when we cooked large meals indoors and stores all our libations in extra fridge. Dock area was great and close boat ride to small islands with sandy beaches.

This is a great property, worth every penny we spent to reant it. We did meet the owner as he was changing the filter on the hot tub, great guy that said he was just minutes away if we needed anything. The lake is beautiful and we got to take our rented boat to see Michael Jordan's home on the lake. The town of Moorsville was beautiful and we found all we needed there. Overall, A GREAT PROPERTY!!

Overall, this is a great property. I travel a lot with work and frequently rent through VRBO. This is one of my best rental experiences. The location has lake access off of a quiet lake inlet. The ground level has a great, unique floor plan....its basically a one bedroom apartment attached to a two bedroom apartment via an adjoining doorway. Both have complete, well-stocked kitchens. Lots of area to cook with multiple dishwashers and refrigerators. Despite being on the ground floor, this is off-set with lots of light and large windows. The outside is also very well appointed.....large covered patio with tables and chairs, firepit, corn hole, complete dock with boat slip and swimming area. There is also a full, separate bathroom accessed directly from outside.....clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this property.

We had an awesome time and an amazing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The house is beautiful and equipped with anything you would need indoors and outdoors. There was plenty of living space in the house for our family. The lake view was very calming and the sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed fishing, making s’mores at the fire pit, swimming in the lake etc. There was plenty to entertain our family! We look forward to returning for a future stay. We would definitely recommend this home.
