You will have the whole property all to yourself. Main house has 2 bedrooms and there is a studio above the garage - all included in this rental. Although the studio has its own separate entrance as well. Additional notes: Do not play or climb over the fence surrounding the property. Our maintenance person will be taking care of the trash bins - pull/push them back every Thursday Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire space except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The Neighborhood: Whidbey Island is a picturesque long linear island that stretches for nearly 50 miles. It is in the Puget Sound, about 30 miles from Seattle. It is best described as a collection of a number of small harbor towns. Here you will experience the magic of island life, enjoy visiting a light house, an historic fort or ride a ferry or take a stroll in the community beach. Close to historic downtown Coupeville; Coupeville is Washington State's second oldest town with plenty to do and a wide variety of food options to sample from. Coupeville has everything you need for a fun-filled day with its beautiful beaches, historic farmland of Ebey's Landing, quaint horses, quirky shops and not to mention the great places to eat. If you are seafood lover, you are in for a treat. Coupeville is situated on Penn Cove, known for its mussels, clams and oyster beds. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night. Interaction with Guests: We respond promptly to messages, calls or e-mails.

Beautiful location and home. Rental company responded by messages quickly. I had to email them photos of my ID to confirm after I booked the property. I was asked to email photos of issues with rental. Only issue was studio apartment bed had no linens when we arrived. I was able to locate the linens and set up the bed myself. I would recommend this beautiful home.

Our grown up family with 3 adult children and there partners was very enjoyable. For 8 people it might be better to have a second couch in the living room for hanging out and beds are great for 6 adults but for 8 - 2 have to stay in beds you make up - one is a roll away and one a couch. We had a lovely time at this beautiful well organized home

We loved this house! We booked a short weekend stay. Three adult + three kids. The kids loved the giant yard, and we even spotted deer grazing! The house itself was very clean and comfortable. A great home base for Whidbey adventures.
