Almost everything about our stay was good. The accommodation was superior. Staff were generally very helpful.
Communication could have been better between management and ourselves about certain issues. I realise they were busy at Christmas and New Year but it is important to stay true to a high standard at all times and I felt in the very end this was not fairly met. However, I put it down to the difficult season and the large numbers of people. Mostly, we enjoyed our stay.

No shopping area, take outs or mini mart close by or within walking distance. Nice quiet area for relaxing.

Not as I expected , both quantity and quality was below standard .
They did not give us the rooms we have requested . We booked and paid in advance for three Bungalows. they put us all in two Bungalows and charged us extra for the additional room . They also charged us US$ 80 for a minivan to take us to the next door resort, les than 1 KM away.

I like the breakfast it was mostly buffet with a chef to prepae waffles. The breakfast was always on time with juice and coffee. This place was good with hospitality.
Location: The location was in a very quiet area. We went on vacation to enjoy the people, music, beaches and entertainment. This place would be good for my parents and grand parents to visit not for a young family.
What I did not like was the description of the hotel states this 4-star hotel offers a kids' club, The property provides evening entertainment and a concierge service and a minibar, and spa.
This hotel is dry. It does not offer alcoholic drinks, no evening entertainment unless it is at 40% occupancy (we had entertainment for 1 night out of a eight night staty). The kids club is a room with games to make thier own fun. No one coordinates a kid's club. The minibar is water and coffee.
