The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. The staff was very friendly and the location is as good as you can get when looking a crime map of the Austin area. Plenty of food options in the area also.
The biscuits served at breakfast were very dry or a day old, not sure which. Also on my last night there, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. There was a chemical spill and the fire department had to come and vent the building. We were all outside in our pajamas till 2:00am. Not a pleasant experience but they gave us drinks.

Housekeeping didn’t clean room; breakfast was disgusting and wait staff wasn’t helpful; AC was temperamental; lotion dispenser was empty
