The floor was a little uneven in places and the shower water temp kept changing

Very clean. Had everything we needed. Warm and comfortable. Even had a well stocked kitchen with essentials and more. Coromandel town is a lovely location and everything was a short walk away. Really enjoyed walking up the hill nearby at sunrise for some stunning views.
