truly wonderful stay ❤️
I had a lovely stay and would really like to thank the entire team for the warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality I experienced throughout my visit. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and it truly made a difference.
Mr. Moahmed Saiid, the General Manager, personally followed up with me during my stay to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Mr. Mohamed Ezzat took care of every little detail and made sure that everything I needed was available in my room. I truly appreciated his attention and thoughtfulness.
I genuinely felt looked after and appreciated as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. I truly appreciate all your efforts and look forward to coming back

This place can easily be your perfect getaway! Nothing can go wrong here — pool, lagoon, beach… you name the mood. ✨
The poolside sun loungers, paired with the perfect music, make it so easy to switch off and relax. The food and drinks are delicious, whether by the pool or at the main restaurant. And the gym facilities? Just WOW!
For us, it was a couples’ weekend getaway, but I can easily say it’s a very family-friendly place too. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to! ❤️
And a HUGE part of what made the experience so enjoyable was the staff! Special thanks to Marina, the Guest Experience Manager, Youssef at reception, and Mazen at the gym reception — and honestly, every single member of the team we interacted with. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the whole stay feel so smooth and effortless.
Nothing. Honestly it’s one of those places where you arrive ready for a weekend away and leave already thinking about coming back! ✨

Property is well managed and is very relaxing to stay at, starting from pool, lagoon and beach with internal transportation available at scheduled times. Staff are really helpful, flexible and always attendant with a smile and willing to assist, specifically mentioning Mr. Mohamed Badr who supported me several times.

The style of the place and the staff were friendly
The bed sheets were not clean and the duvet cover , also they don’t have hand soap and when I asked for they told me use shampoo in the shower cabin
