The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the location was great, the breakfast was good.

I would have liked chairs in the room, not just the uncomfortable ones on the patio. The bathroom sink was hard to use, the tap was too low and it didnt drain well

Our room was incredibly bright, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking or riding through St. Michael’s. The staff was always cheerful and very helpful. We had a great time.

Liked everything.

Location, modern aesthetic design, appreciated the daily text to check if you want room cleaning, liked the mobile checkout

Limited parking, could use an extra chair/couch, needs handle bars in shower, could use more usable amenities to justify resort fee, needs better directions/labeling on how to find your building and room, underwhelming continental breakfast

Breakfast was good. Room temp was comfy in spite of high temps outside. I liked the decor. Had an excellent dinner at their in-house restaurant. After I made reservations a month or so earlier, got an email from staff advising me to make dinner reservations at their restaurant ("Ruse") a week or two ahead because demand was usually high. I thought that was good. Also, when I asked a couple of subsequent questions via email I received prompt responses. That was good.

Parking very tight when we arrive Saturday. However we managed. My side of the bed was not firm, I could almost fall off. (Room 403) Bathroom was pretty tight. Good shower, though. When we arrived lady at desk spoke very quickly and without a smile. I didn't feel terribly welcomed. Subsequent interactions with other staff were better. Although at breakfast, when the attendant brought salt and pepper which my wife had requested. she noted that people didn't usually ask for salt and pepper. I didn't find that helpful.
