Karen went out of her way to communicate with us, and Monique was so welcoming and efficient. The loaf of fresh bread and jam, and fruit tea on arrival was a delightful surprise, and delicious, as was the breakfast. There was exceptional attention to detail at this property, which was also very secure. We found our hire car unexpectedly washed the next morning. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasure.

Staff were friendly and they were kind to upgrade our room without additional cost.
They should let one know beforehand that they have water issues. Black water in taps. Probably a municipal issue.
