Great location, very nice apartment on the first floor, has almost all you need. Instructions for contactless check-in very clear. Quick communication with the owner Nancy. Garage underneath (not included in the price) not too far away.
We understand that the owner wants to keep the apartment clean and in a good shape, but there are simply too many signs, instructions, labels and rules. This level of control was unfortunately taking a little bit of our wished carefree holiday feeling away. Otherwise all was ok, even smaller things like broken terrace chairs, old babybed etc. was no problem.

L'appartement est très agréable, mais est mal entretenu.
Le nettoyage de l'appartement.
L'eau de la douche s'écoule très lentement ce qui oblige la personne qui se douche à couper l'eau régulièrement pour éviter de mouiller le local.
