Helle geräumige Wohnung , mitten im Neustadt , Kunst , Gastro Kietz .
Thermo Fester zur Straßen Feier Meile Seite.( Schlafzimmer )
Mit geschossenen Fenstern nichts zu hören .
Balkon im Hinterhof , mit Sonnenliege .
Kühl und Gefrierschrank., Spülmaschine , Kaffeemaschine ,Wasserkocher ,Bügeleisen ,Geschirr , alles genügend vorhanden.
Alles super sauber .
Es war fast perfekt ,
hätte der Vermieter auf meine freundliche allgemeine Frage , geantwortet.
Fenster in der Nacht ( Frischluft)wegen der Lautstärke nicht öffnen .
Etagentür immer sofort feste zudrücken., besser abschliessen , schliesst sonst nicht .

Spacious, clean, modern and very light apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped! Nice big balcony is great for sunny weather. The bathroom is also large and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable.
It is right in the middle of night life area in Dresden, which is great and what we wanted. But the bedroom window opens on the street, so sleeping with a window open is impossible because of the noise. Not a problem, just a warning.
