Stay here and be less than a 10 minutes from 3 Barren River Docks. Firestone’s is a great place to stay for families, couples, and even the solo traveler. Enjoy our country home, while being close plenty of things to do.

Loved staying in this cute country home.
It's a bit dated but we loved the charm that comes with that. It's definitely a country , quiet setting and that's what me and my family needed!! I was trying to talk my husband into staying another day just to relax!!!

Everything was as expected and matched with many other 5 star reviews. As added bonus it seemed like every rule and process was thought out and kept simple.

We were a little concerned that this would be a bit to far from Mammoth Cave, but it was perfect. The drive to the park took about 30 minutes, but we enjoyed the rolling hills and liked that the area was quiet. The house itself was super clean, updated well, and perfect for our family to have some space to relax. Holly has really thought of everything you would need. We'd definetly recommend!

Our trip was great! House was nice and clean. Space for everyone to spread out. Outdoor space was nice as well. Host was great to communicate with and answered all questions. Having access to laundry was a great perk. Only complaint was the master bed was hard to get comfortable. Would still highly recommend this to anyone coming to explore Mammoth Caves!

The app was extremely helpful and had all the information we needed and then some! The house was just right for our two night stay while we visited Mammoth Cave, KY. Holly was an excellent hostess and checked to make sure we had arrived and found everything to our liking. We will be sure to recommend Firestone's to our friends and family!

This house is in a beautiful location and just a short drive to Glasgow. The owners are easy to communicate with and nice as can be. The house was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. We recommend it highly.

We stayed for 3 nights and have no complaints. The kids were thrilled with the shelves of board games to entertain themselves. Everything was super clean and organized. We will be back to stay again.

It's a very clean house and well thought out. We loved the location as it's rural yet near Mammoth Cave and Glasgow for groceries and other items. Enjoyed hearing the nearby cows. Just a great stay overall and would recommend staying here for Mammoth Cave.

We loved this home for our stay in Glasgow KY. We had to come into town last minute for a family emergency and the owner was so nice and let us check in the day we made the reservation. When dealing with an emergency it was nice to have a place to stay and not have to worry about things. Thank you very much! Beautiful home and perfect setting for the comfort and peace we needed at this time.

My grand-kids and I loved this house. We chose it because of the proximity to Mammoth Cave, but enjoyed this quiet retreat at the end of each day. Plenty of places indoors and out to relax or have family time. It was so well appointed and cozy. They thought to offer all of the little things in the kitchen and bathroom that we really appreciated. I can't believe I'm saying this too, but it was nice to sit on the back porch in the evening and listen to the cows on a farm nearby!

We had a wonderful stay this week and found the place to be a home not just a house in a very short time! All the amenities are well placed and thoughtful. We would stay here again. We visited soo much in the area including Nashville but looked forward to returning to this home away from home each time. Thanks for a great place to stay.

I loved the quiet country setting of this place. I was pleasantly surprised with blazing fast internet thanks to their fiber internet connection. Holly was great with communication and check in and out were a breeze. The place was super clean and had what we needed to prepare meals there and we really enjoyed our stay.

Host easy to communicate with and quickly responsive. House in lovely country setting, with mooing cows in the distance. Comfortable furniture, he has simple clean looking style. Stayed comfortable with window AC units (3 total) in height of summer. Lots of room, streaming TV was nice, labeled switches helpful. Lots of niceties, like detergent, coffee pods, extra toiletries just in case, smore kit, kindling for firepit. Very pleased with our stay... last stop on our 2 week road trip, was the place we liked best!

We really enjoyed this adorable cottage! Everything was as advertised and the boys had a great time catching fireflies in the backyard. The double bed was a little small, even for 1 person, and the queen could be just a little softer, but overall it was great! Would definitely come back!

National Parks Tour
Holly’s home was the perfect base camp for our visit to Mammoth Caves National Park. Each summer we like to travel with our 4 kids to add a few National Parks to our travel log. The Firestone home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities and special touches that make staying in a VRBO home so much nicer than a hotel. Holly was a fantastic host and we really enjoyed our time!

Beautiful and peaceful!!
I stayed here with my 10 and 12 year olds and had the best time. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The property itself is spacious and quiet. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch so much! Listening to the cows, and chasing fireflies at night. Also—set your alarm to enjoy a stunning sunrises coming up over the hills and fields!
We were in the perfect location to access everything we planned to do: Mammoth cave, dinosaur world, chaneys dairy barn and the corvette museum.
The host, Holly, was lovely to communicate with and as a solo parent traveling with my kids, I felt perfectly safe at this home. We would absolutely return! (as an unexpected bonus that even the kids mentioned—all the light switches are labeled, so you know how to turn on any light you want!!)

Roomy and Relaxing
Holly is an AMAZING host! We stayed in this house after a road trip and the spaciousness was definitely welcomed! There was plenty of room to spread out and lots of space to come together too! Very nicely decorated and felt homey. We had lots of fun during family dinners and game nights around the dining room table. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but that looked fun too. The s’mores kit is an awesome touch! Holly gave us the best guidebook I have ever received at a rental and had some great info about the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again!

We were visiting friends in the area and found this home to be very peaceful and welcoming. Everything was clean and comfortable. Holly is a wonderful host. This is also a good location to visit Mammoth cave.

Beautiful country views near mammoth caves
This cute house was clean and well-decorated with lots of light and pretty views of the country landscape. Size of house and amenities provided suited our needs. We had a nice time exploring mammoth caves national park and biking at the nearby lake/recreation center. I didn’t do much research about the surrounding area, so while I was happy to have the bike trail so close, I didn’t realize we would be 10-15 minutes from restaurants. My bad, but didn’t impact our trip in any way.

This is a gem. The home is well decorated/cozy and includes all amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Very clean, and conveniently located to Bowling Green and Mammoth Caves.
Would certainly recommend this to anyone traveling to the area.
